Job Description:
Sunrise Communications AG is currently seeking a passionate and motivated Support Manager to work from home in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This part-time position is ideal for someone with 7 years of experience in a similar role at a mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities: 1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the support team, ensuring excellent customer service and resolution of customer issues. 2. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline support operations and improve efficiency. 3. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them reach their full potential. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer problems. 5. Analyze support data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Manage support team schedules and ensure adequate coverage during peak times. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Support Manager or similar role. 2. Strong communication and leadership skills. 3. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively. 4. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 5. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. 6. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
