Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

American Financial Group is seeking a part-time Support Manager to work from home in Zurich, CH. The ideal candidate for this Mid-to-Senior Level position should have at least 7 years of related experience and possess a driven and resilient personality, as well as demonstrate strong soft skills in innovation and teamwork.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of support staff remotely to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations - Act as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions - Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to support staff - Collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Handle any administrative tasks related to team management and reporting


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - Proven experience in a managerial role within a support or customer service setting - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Availability to work flexible hours as needed
