Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Tyson Foods is seeking a Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis to work from home. As a Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership and guidance to a team of support staff, ensuring high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of support staff, including hiring, training, and performance management - Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve customer service - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to ensure team goals are met - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization - Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management - Provide regular reporting and updates on team performance and operational metrics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer service or support management role - Demonstrated experience in people management and team leadership - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and confident personality traits - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Experience working in a remote or virtual team is a plus
