Job Description:
Schindler Group is seeking a talented and experienced Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the support team, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service.
Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and lead a team of support agents, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the support team. 3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate as necessary. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 7. Develop training programs and materials to enhance the skills of the support team. 8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer support or a similar role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Emotional intelligence and empathy towards customers. 6. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 7. Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
