Remote Support Officer

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to team members and clients - Troubleshoot hardware and software issues - Assist with system upgrades and maintenance - Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure - Collaborate with IT and other departments on projects - Document and track support requests - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in IT or related field - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong project management and time management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with remote support tools and software - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other IT tools
