Remote Support Officer

Job Description:

Avon Products is currently seeking a part-time Remote Support Officer to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This position is suitable for individuals who are entry level with 0 years of experience. The ideal candidate for this role will possess the personality traits of being resilient and driven, along with soft skills such as emotional intelligence and persuasion.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Act as a liaison between customers and technical support teams - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding their expectations - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - High school diploma or equivalent
