Job Description - Support Representative

Job Description:


Omnicom Group is seeking a passionate and resilient Support Representative to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and troubleshooting 3. Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate and timely information is provided 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues 5. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement 6. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge 7. Contribute to team meetings and projects as needed


Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service 2. Resilient in handling challenging situations with a positive attitude 3. Strong creativity and problem-solving skills 4. Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities and work well in a team environment 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems 7. Fluency in English and German is preferred
