Support Representative

Job Description: Commercial Metals in Lausanne, Vaud, CH is seeking a dedicated and resilient Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction. 3. Communicating effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met. 4. Collaborating with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 2. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to effectively manage people. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other customer service software. 6.
