Support Representative

Job Description:

St. Jude Medical is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and support via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases. 4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system. 5. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. 6. Assist in coordinating customer support projects and initiatives as needed. 7. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Reliable and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making and project management skills. 4. Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Fluency in English and French.
