Support Representative

United Rentals is seeking a passionate and hardworking Support Representative to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. This entry-level position is part-time and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and in-person interactions - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests regarding our products and services - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with administrative tasks as needed - Act as a brand ambassador for United Rentals, promoting our values and services effectively

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software - Strong planning and strategic planning skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
