Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Huntsman, a leading company in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, is seeking a part-time Support Representative to work from home at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be independent, and driven with strong presentation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction 5. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies 6. Assist with any additional tasks or projects as needed

Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer support role 2. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Proficiency with technology and CRM systems 5. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) 6. Availability to work part-time hours 7. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates
