Support Specialist

Job Description: XPO Logistics is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Support Specialist at XPO Logistics, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our operations team and ensuring the smooth running of our logistics services. This position is at the Associate level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the operations team - Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services - Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation - Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery - Assist in data entry and reporting tasks - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
