Remote Support Specialist

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our team based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate should be adaptable and confident, with strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to users experiencing issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity - Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently and effectively - Communicate with users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Document support tickets and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system - Collaborate with the IT team to escalate complex issues and follow up on resolutions - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in the support workflow

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred - Experience with remote support tools and troubleshooting techniques - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus
