Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Steel Dynamics is seeking a part-time Remote Support Specialist to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are confident, reliable, and possess strong presentation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers and internal team members - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving - Maintain accurate records of support interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist with software installations and updates as needed

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong interest in technology is a plus - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently - A good understanding of remote support tools and techniques - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment - Must be able to work remotely and have a reliable internet connection
