Support Specialist

Job Description: Murphy USA is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. This role requires a confident and dedicated individual with strong planning and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Document and track customer interactions and resolutions - Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with product training and onboarding for clients - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong planning and organization skills - Confidence and dedication to providing exceptional customer service
