Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Kimberly-Clark in Zurich. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers via web chat. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers via web chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues - Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and escalate issues as needed - Present information in a clear and concise manner to assist customers effectively - Assist with data entry and documentation of customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of web chat platforms - Research skills and attention to detail - Presentation skills for delivering information effectively to customers
