Web Chat Assistant

We are currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team at Realogy Holdings in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Managing live chat interactions with website visitors - Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with the marketing team to promote products and services through chat - Monitoring and analyzing chat performance metrics to identify areas of improvement - Assisting with website content updates and maintenance

Requirements: - Independent and confident personality - Strong critical thinking skills - Project management experience - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
