Web Chat Assistant

Job Description: Ashland is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The main responsibilities of the Web Chat Assistant include providing support to customers through online chat services, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat services - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist with other tasks as needed

Requirements: - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong cooperation and planning skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus) - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
