Web Chat Assistant

As a Web Chat Assistant at Dollar General, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service through online chat support. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting customers with any questions they may have about products or services.

Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via web chat - Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Assist customers with order processing and tracking - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 3 years of customer service experience - Independent and hardworking personality traits - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Familiarity with web chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
