Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

World Fuel Services is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to work from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This position is at Associate Level with a requirement of at least 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, dedicated, possess strong persuasive skills, and excel in teamwork.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to provide support, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize product knowledge and resources to effectively communicate solutions to customer problems. 3. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality of responses. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all customer interactions. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement purposes. 6. Stay up-to-date on product updates and changes to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and succinctly. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think quickly on your feet. 4. Proficiency in multitasking and time management to handle multiple chat conversations effectively. 5. Previous experience working remotely or in a virtual environment is preferred. 6. Comfortable using various chat platforms and customer service tools.
