Web Chat Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: Ralph Lauren is seeking a remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat platforms, answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with online orders. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues. - Assist customers with placing online orders, processing returns, and handling any other customer service-related tasks. - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing helpful, efficient, and friendly service. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up to date on product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: - Energetic and resourceful personality traits. - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. - Previous experience in a customer service or online chat role is required. - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home. - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
