Web Chat Associate

Job description:

Sears Holdings is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Web Chat Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich. As a part-time Associate Level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and empathize with customers' needs - Present information clearly and effectively to provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to connect with customers - Presentation skills to effectively communicate information - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in web chat software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
