Job Description:

HCA Holdings, a leading healthcare organization based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, energetic, and have a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support and assistance with inquiries - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to queries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Utilize decision-making skills to handle escalated customer issues effectively - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer problems and escalate as needed - Contribute to a positive team environment by actively participating in meetings and sharing feedback

Requirements: - Strong written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided
