Job Description:

Implenia AG is currently seeking a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience and is ideal for individuals who are independent and resilient. The successful candidate will possess strong research and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and support - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Conduct research to address customer questions and concerns - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or communication role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using web chat tools and platforms - Independent and resilient personality traits - Soft skills in research and strategic planning
