Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Biogen is seeking a motivated and independent Web Chat Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance and information about Biogen products and services. 2. Conduct thorough research to ensure accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries. 3. Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to address their needs and concerns. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience. 5. Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Must be independent and driven to succeed in a remote work environment. 2. Excellent research skills to gather information quickly and accurately. 3. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers via web chat. 4. Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
