Remote Web Chat Manager

Huber+Suhner is seeking a highly experienced Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a leading provider of high-quality connectivity solutions for communication networks, we are looking for a passionate individual who is driven and reliable to manage our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the remote web chat platform, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the chat platform for maximum efficiency and effectiveness - Train and supervise a team of remote chat agents to provide excellent customer service and support - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and compliance with company standards - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to integrate the chat platform with other systems and processes

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in web chat management - Strong research skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Proficiency in chat platform software and tools - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Availability to work part-time in a mid-to-senior level role
