Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Veritiv in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Manager will be responsible for overseeing our online chat platform and ensuring seamless communication with our customers.

Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of the web chat platform, including monitoring incoming chats, responding to inquiries promptly, and escalating issues as necessary - Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through the web chat channel - Work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to customers through the chat platform - Analyze chat data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online chat communication - Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot any technical issues related to the chat platform

Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer service or communication role - Strong independent and resourceful personality traits - Excellent strategic planning and time management skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Excellent written communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
