Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Medartis AG is seeking a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. The Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing our live web chat services to provide excellent customer support and enhance our online presence. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor live web chat services to respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat service for improved customer satisfaction and efficiency - Collaborate with various departments to gather information and updates to provide timely responses to customers - Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of the web chat service and make recommendations for improvements - Train and support team members in using the web chat platform and handling customer inquiries effectively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for web chat services and customer support

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in web chat management or customer support roles - Hardworking and resourceful with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate and connect with customers - Proficient in project management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
