Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Vifor Pharma Group in Basel, Switzerland. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our online chat platform, ensuring smooth communication with customers and providing timely and accurate information.

Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor the web chat platform to engage with customers in real-time. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer inquiries. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement through the chat platform. - Analyze chat data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and optimize chat interactions. - Train and mentor chat operators to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient handling of inquiries. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of the web chat platform.

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. - Independent and self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in using web chat software and analytics tools. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred.
