Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at Adecco Group. As a part-time position based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, the Remote Web Chat Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing our web chat platform to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the company's web chat platform, ensuring timely responses and resolution of customer inquiries - Train and mentor a team of remote chat agents to provide excellent customer service - Analyze chat metrics and performance data to continuously improve the chat experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improvements to the chat platform - Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and compliance with company policies - Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management

Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of experience in web chat management or a related field - Proven track record of managing remote teams and delivering exceptional customer service - Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles - Independent self-starter with the ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively - Experience in people management and fostering innovation in a team environment - Adaptable personality with a customer-centric approach - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
