Job Description:
As a Web Chat Manager at Kroger, you will be responsible for managing the web chat operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the web chat team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently - Monitor chat performance metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Develop training materials and provide ongoing support to chat agents - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all channels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology to innovate and improve chat operations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 7+ years of experience in web chat management or a similar role - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong research and innovation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively
