Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Qualcomm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in web chat management. As a Web Chat Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our web chat operations, including managing a team of chat agents, monitoring chat performance, and collaborating with other departments to optimize the chat experience for our customers.

Responsibilities: - Lead, train, and mentor a team of chat agents to ensure exceptional customer service - Develop and implement chat scripts and guidelines to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor chat performance metrics and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and IT, to address technical issues and enhance the chat experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Handle escalated chat interactions and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in web chat management - Proven track record of successfully managing a team of chat agents - Strong organizational and communication skills - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Emotional intelligence and strong decision-making skills - Proficiency in chat management software and tools
