Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Holcim Ltd, a leading global construction materials and solutions company, is seeking a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH, with a seniority level of Mid-to-Senior. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess key personality traits such as being driven and passionate, as well as soft skills like teamwork and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat platform, including customer interactions, team performance, and system maintenance - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive engagement through the web chat channel - Train and mentor team members to ensure high quality and consistent customer service - Analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve business goals - Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the web chat platform

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proven track record of success in managing web chat platforms and driving business results - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in relevant software and tools - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
