Job Description:
United Continental Holdings is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Web Chat Manager, working remotely from home. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of web chat agents, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service and meet performance targets. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and conversion rates. - Monitor and analyze chat interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Train and mentor team members, providing guidance on best practices and feedback on performance. - Utilize emotional intelligence and people management skills to resolve conflicts and build a positive team culture.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field. - Proven experience in managing web chat teams and driving customer engagement. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. - Experience with chat platforms and customer service software. - High level of emotional intelligence and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
