Job Description:

Calpine is seeking a motivated and experienced Web Chat Manager to work from home in Lausanne, Vaud. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform, ensuring seamless communication between our customers and our team.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat platform for customer service and sales purposes. 2. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and service standards are met. 3. Train and manage a team of chat agents to provide excellent customer service. 4. Analyze chat data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience across all channels. 6. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on chat performance and KPIs.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in web chat management or customer service. 3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Experience in people management and team leadership. 6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
