Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

ConocoPhillips is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, Switzerland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or web chat support. As a Remote Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through web chat interactions, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide accurate and timely information - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs - Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures for data security and privacy

Requirements: - Independent and confident personality traits - Strong teamwork and leadership skills - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Proficiency with web chat software and other customer service tools - Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment is preferred
