Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and passionate Web Chat Officer to join our team at Hilton in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As an Associate Level Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with bookings, reservations, and general questions - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation - Proficiency in typing and computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work well in a team - Reliable and punctual
