Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

The Remote Web Chat Officer role at Franke Group is a part-time position based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, with a seniority level of Associate and a requirement of at least 4 years of experience in a similar field. As a Remote Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via web chat to provide support, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process.

Responsibilities: - Interact with customers through web chat to provide them with accurate information and support - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with customers - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals related to response times, satisfaction ratings, and conversion rates - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement

Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Resourceful and driven attitude towards problem-solving and customer service - Strong presentation skills to effectively convey information to customers - Leadership qualities to take charge of situations and drive resolution - Experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
