Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Apache is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and web chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through web chat 2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and issue resolution 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination 5. Utilize innovative strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement 6. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information 7. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in customer service and web chat support 2. Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 4. Dedicated and resilient attitude towards customer inquiries and problem-solving 5. Strong people management skills with the ability to work effectively in a team 6. Innovative mindset to suggest and implement new ideas for customer engagement 7.
