Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

AbbVie is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Web Chat Officer to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for handling online chat inquiries from customers, providing them with accurate and timely information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to online chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other team members to provide optimal customer service - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistency in messaging - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Conduct research to improve chat response times and customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Strong people management and innovation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Fluent in English and German
