Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live web chat to provide information, assistance, and support regarding Union Pacific products and services - Respond promptly to customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism and accuracy - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services through web chat interactions
Requirements: - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Passion for providing exceptional customer service - Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficiency in using web chat software and customer relationship management tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
