Parker-Hannifin, a leading global manufacturer of motion and control technologies, is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are driven and resourceful, and who possess soft skills such as strategic planning and project management.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with online orders, returns, and exchanges - Collaborate with various departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times - Monitor and analyze web chat interactions to identify trends and improve customer experiences

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and navigating online platforms - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
