Web Chat Representative

Job Description: WellCare Health Plans is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our dynamic team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, driven, and possess excellent cooperation and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with navigating our website and online tools - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with web-based tools and software - Strong problem-solving skills - Energetic and driven personality - Team player with a cooperative attitude
