Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

Duke Energy is seeking a part-time Web Chat Representative to join our team in Zurich, Switzerland. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through our online chat platform. This role requires an individual who is independent, motivated, and possesses strong decision-making and attention to detail skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through our web chat platform to provide information, assistance, and support. 2. Utilize company resources and knowledge base to resolve customer inquiries and issues. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with customers. 4. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or managers as needed. 5. Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and analysis. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 7. Meet and exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly. 4. Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. 5. Proficiency in using computers and web chat platforms. 6. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 7. Fluency in English and German is required.
