Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and resilient Web Chat Representative to join our team at Nucor in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner through web chat. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 3. Assist customers with ordering products online and navigating our website. 4. Troubleshoot technical issues related to the web chat platform. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer concerns. 6. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Critical thinking skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in navigating online platforms and basic technical troubleshooting. 6. Team player with a positive attitude.
