Web Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a Web Chat Representative to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive in our Zurich office. As a Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat channels. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via online chat to provide product information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize creativity and resourcefulness to handle customer requests efficiently - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers - Work independently to manage customer interactions and meet performance goals - Present information clearly and effectively to customers through written communication

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Independent and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication skills, with a focus on creativity and presentation - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with web chat platforms - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
