Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Regions Financial is seeking a motivated and dedicated Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing customer service and support through our web chat platform. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance with their inquiries, account information, and troubleshooting technical issues - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Demonstrate strategic planning by identifying trends and areas for improvement in customer interactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels

Requirements: - Must be dedicated and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service - Strong negotiation skills and experience in conflict resolution - Ability to strategically plan and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
