Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

SpartanNash is seeking a motivated and dedicated Web Chat Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order placement - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities - Utilize time management skills to prioritize incoming chats and provide efficient and effective solutions to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious workplace environment and deliver high-quality customer service - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities provided by SpartanNash

Requirements: - Must be motivated and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively manage time - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proficiency in web chat platforms and basic computer skills
