Web Chat Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Web Chat Representative to join our team at Telephone & Data Systems. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As an Associate Level Web Chat Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through online chat services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues through web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services offered by the company. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and product-related questions. 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 5. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers. 6. Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals. 7. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support roles. 2. Excellent written communication skills and strong typing abilities. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize incoming chat requests. 4. Adaptable and resourceful personality traits. 5. Strong soft skills in innovation and planning. 6. Proficient in using chat software and CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
