Remote Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Web Chat Specialist to join our team at Kraft Heinz in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. This part-time position is perfect for someone with at least 2 years of experience who is driven, hardworking, and committed to providing excellent customer service through web chat interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers via web chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 2. Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries. 3. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed. 4. Demonstrate innovation in developing new strategies to enhance the customer chat experience. 5. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for analysis. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 4. Proficiency in using web chat software and CRM systems. 5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
